As Value Chain Partner (VCP) you are shall be solely responsible for inputs of your GSTIN here. Please ensure accuracy of GSTIN. IAGES shall raise a Tax invoice and report the transactions in the GST returns based on the information provided. The GST returns will be filed as per the statutory timelines, to enable the VCP avail appropriate input tax credit. IAGES shall be solely responsible to ensure it uses correct GST details of the VCPs for generating invoice and filing all GST returns. IAGES shall not be responsible for any errors and or misrepresentation by the VCPs.
